A 200 EUROS security deposit against damages/serious breakages etc is required and can be paid on arrival. This will be held and returned to you within 72 hours of your departure assuming no damage is discovered after you leave. Please do tell us about breakages etc as in general items can be replaced without any fuss or financial worries!
CLEANING HAZELNUT COTTAGE - in France, as in other continental countries, privately owned gites such as ours are let on the basis that the departing holidaymaker's try to leave the premises as clean as they found it. However,we do not wish this to spoil your holiday. We have kept our tariff at a reasonable level to reflect this and hope that you will respect this tradition.
